Strength :- Ability to overcome or act against resistance. Strength is the maximal force you can apply against a load. Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do daily activities. 

Endurance :- Endurance is the ability of your muscles to perform contractions for extended periods of time. Endurance activity keeps your heart, lungs and circulatory system healthy and improves your overall fitness. 

Speed:- It is the ability to move all or part of the body as quickly as possible. To improve speed we must break down the componens of speed development. The are flexibility, running form and technique. 

Flexibility:- It is the range of motion of muscle and connective tissues at a joint or group of joints. Good flexibility can improve range of motion and allow for better, more functional movement.
